At Wallpaper Wizard, we strive to make sure that our wallpapers run properly on any windows based computer. There are literally thousands of computers running Wallpaper Wizard wallpapers without any problems. But we fully understand that no two computers are ever really the same, and that you might encounter some difficulties on your computer that no one else has experienced. If you do come across problems, let us know via an e-mail, and we will attempt to resolve whatever issues you might be having with Wallpaper Wizard. If we cannot resolve the issue, we will gladly refund your full purchase price.

We will also issue a refund if you did not receive any registration information (registration key) from us.

Upon receiving a refund, you are obliged to uninstall the registered version of our software.

Refund requests for one-month subscribers must be made within three(3) days after the purchase date.

For three (3) months and one(1) year subscriptions, a refund can only be issued if the service is cancelled within thirty(30) days after the purchase date of Wallpaper Wizard. No partial or full refunds will be granted after these time durations.
